Sara is a professional dancer and singer based in Veracruz, México. She is certified in the Alexander Technique, Yoga, Pilates and Dance Education. 

She offers:

• Vinyasa/Flow Yoga
• Alexander Yoga: Smart, conscious, injury-free yoga
• The art of movement based on dance, yoga, pilates
• Core strength/holistic fitness/ aging gracefully/ balance
• Natural breathing
• Voice work
• Sound Yoga, kirtan, chanting
• Traditional music of Veracruz (son Jarocho)
  

Sara teaches classes in the art of movement using elements of Yoga, Dance and the Alexander Technique. Singing for and with others is her other passion, be it traditional music of Veracruz or leading Kirtan and Yoga of Sound experiences.

She is a certified Alexander Technique Teacher by ETAM (School of Alexander Technique/ Mexico) which is internationally recognized by STAT (Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique).

Sara is also certified by Master teacher Penelope Easten to Teach Alexander Online and has also studied with senior Teachers  Pedro de Alcántara, Jean McClelland, Cecile Raynor, Lucia Walker, Sharyn West and Ted Dimon. 

She currently teaches Wellness Courses for ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México). She collaborates with Lead Now Global, an organization seeking to empower individuals- and women in particular- across the globe. She was in the faculty of the Yoga Teacher Training program of Tiempo Yoga in Mexico City, teaching Yoga of Sound.

She holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, N.Y. and numerous certifications from the Harkness Dance Center, NY  in Dance Education. She is certified in Vinyasa Yoga by Escuela de Entrenadores México and Pilates by the Kane School of Core Integration, N.Y.

As a professional singer and contemporary dancer, Sara has performed both in Mexico and abroad with her project Roble de Agua which can be heard on itunes, spotify, etc.
